The breakfast was gorgeous and satisfactory with bacon, the best I had in Downham Market. The hotel has marvellous location close enough to the restaurant, the centre of Downham Market, and west yorkshire.

It was as expected, had a restful stay in a quiet Norfolk town. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a fairly nice area, just next door to main intersection of the town, surrounding areas, and the town centre with free parking around the back.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel's private parking was a major plus, providing convenience and peace of mind.
The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked proper ventilation, making them quite hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, the plumbing issues resulted in annoying sounds throughout the night, disrupting our sleep.
